We design and 3D manufacture every mount in house in durable PETG chosen specifically because it shrugs off the warmth that lives inside a rack and won't sag or soften the way PLA can.
The Raspberry Pi 5 side is a full case that plays nicely with the Pi ecosystem. It's designed with clearance for the official Raspberry Pi 5 HATs as well as many third party HATs so long as they do not extend past the edges of the Pi 5's PCB hat footprint.
The UniFi Flex 2.5G-8-PoE side fully captures and secures the switch with a mechanical connection. No zip ties, no double sided tape, no hoping it stays put. Includes a pass through channel for the power cable, so the Flex's power lead routes cleanly through the mount instead of kinking around the side. The result is a tidy, professional looking install that's as easy to wire as it is to look at.
Designed by an enthusiast for enthusiasts and IT Pros. Printed, assembled, and inspected by hand before it ships.
