Every mount I sell is designed and test fit against the real device, so a new mount starts with having that device on the bench.

Devices I already make mounts for. If your request is a variation of something in the catalog, or a device I already have on hand, I can often combine or modify existing designs for a single custom piece. Ask through the request form and say what you have in mind.

Devices not in the catalog. Buying a device and designing a mount for a single order does not work out financially for either of us, so I do not take those as one offs. What I do is log every request. When a device keeps coming up I buy it, design the mount and add it to the shop, and the people who asked hear first. Several products started exactly this way.

Yes. Buying in quantity, outfitting a fleet of devices, or rolling the same mount out across sites is a custom project, and I take those on. Each product page says which rack size it is for. 10 inch mounts fit any standard 10 inch rack with the usual rail spacing, including the DeskPi RackMate and GeeekPi racks. 19 inch mounts fit standard 19 inch racks. Each page also lists exactly which device models the mount is designed for, so check the label on the bottom of your device against that list before ordering.

Processing. Every order is made to order by one person in a small US shop. Most orders ship within a few business days of purchase.

Shipping. At checkout you can choose a shipping speed, and Shopify shows an estimated delivery window for your address and selection.

Free shipping. US orders over $100 ship free by economy service.

This website ships within the United States. For international orders, please use the Calculated MFG Etsy shop, which handles customs, import fees and international shipping more smoothly and avoids delays.

Standard (non custom) mounts can be returned within 5 calendar days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Email support@calculatedmfg.com with your order number, the item and the reason, and if the return is approved you will get a return label by email.

Return shipping and the original outbound shipping are deducted from the refund, and refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving in acceptable condition. Custom and modified orders are not returnable. Full details are in the return and refund policy.

Some mounts come in multiple pieces to fit the size limits of the printers that make them. It also means a smaller box and lower shipping cost. Assembly is quick and secure using pre installed brass inserts and the stainless hardware included with every two part mount.

PETG, a tough engineering plastic that holds up to heat and handling far better than the PLA used in most hobby prints. Each mount is printed, cleaned and checked by the same person who designed it.
