Calculated MFG is a one person manufacturing shop. I design and make precision mounts for tech equipment, built to fit and built to last, for homelabbers, IT professionals and enthusiasts alike. Rack accessories, mounts for mini PCs, networking gear and single board computers, every one engineered for accuracy, durability and an easy install.

Almost by accident.
My interest in technology led me deeper into homelabs, and while doing contract IT work for a local business I hit a problem: an infrastructure build out that needed custom mounts for equipment nobody made mounts for.
With over a decade of CAD experience it felt natural to design my own. I bought my first 3D printer and set to work. I was new to printing, but manufacturing hooked me immediately. There is something deeply satisfying about turning an idea into a physical part that solves a real problem.
From that first mount I started building solutions for my own rack, then realized other people were hitting the same walls. What began in a spare bedroom has grown into a small but capable manufacturing shop, still run by one person, shipping mounts to customers worldwide.
