Return & Refund Policy
At Calculated MFG, each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and high quality parts, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Here's how we handle them:
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for non-custom, non-personalized items that are:

In unused condition

In their original packaging

Returned within 5 calendar days of delivery
Custom or modified orders are not eligible for return unless covered by our warranty policy.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email support@calculatedmfg.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
If the return is approved:

We’ll email you a return shipping label

Simply pack the item securely in the original box, apply the label, and drop it off at the shipping carrier
Return Shipping & Refunds

The customer is responsible for return shipping, and we will deduct that cost from your refund.

We also deduct the original outbound shipping cost, even if the item was sent with free shipping.

Once we receive the item in acceptable condition, we’ll refund the item’s purchase price minus both shipping charges.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at support@calculatedmfg.com within 2 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.
