Shipping policy

Made to order
Every mount is made to order in the USA. Most orders ship within a few business days. The delivery estimate shown at checkout accounts for production time plus transit, and you will get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

United States
Standard Shipping is free on US orders over $100. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All packages are tracked.

International
This website ships within the United States only. If you are outside the US, please order through the Calculated MFG Etsy shop, which handles international shipping, customs and import fees and avoids delays.

Address changes
Need to change the address or anything else on an order? Email support@calculatedmfg.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once a package has shipped the address cannot be changed.

Damaged or lost packages
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email support@calculatedmfg.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the box and the item, and we will make it right. If tracking shows a package as lost, let us know and we will work with the carrier on a replacement.
